How do I get started working with you?

Its simple, the first step is to book a discovery call through my booking page. We'll spend 20 minutes discussing your project, goals, and timeline. From there I'll put together a custom proposal tailored to your needs.

What information do you need before we begin?

Before we begin, it helps to have a clear sense of your brand vision, any existing assets (logos, fonts, color palettes), your target audience, and your timeline. The more context you can share upfront, the smoother the process.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary by project scope. A brand identity normally takes 2–4 weeks, a website design 4–10 weeks, and illustration work 2–4 weeks.

Do you work with clients outside of Texas?

Absolutely. I work with clients all over. All communication happens remotely via email and chat, and invoicing is handled in USD.

How are your creative design services priced?

Most projects are priced as flat-rate packages based on scope. This gives you a clear number upfront with no surprises. Custom projects billed at an hourly rate, and retainer package available — I'll always be transparent about which model applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of services and terms of the proposal, with the remaining balance due upon completion of work.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for projects over $2,000 I offer milestone-based payment plans. Together we will work out a schedule that fits your budget.

What is a Creative Design Service Retainer?

Its a perfect option for clients who need to have a designer on-hand on a regular basis. Most clients prefer this option, because it helps them easily manage their team and budget for long term projects.

How many revisions are included?

Each package includes three rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are available at my standard hourly rate. Clear, consolidated feedback at each stage keeps the process efficient for both of us.

What file formats will I receive?

Final deliverables depend on the project type. Brand identity packages include vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), high-resolution (PNG), and a brand guidelines PDF. Website projects are handed off as live files or exported assets. Illustrations are delivered as high-resolution (JPEG, PNG).

Do I own the final designs?

Yes. Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the completed work transfers to you. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.

What is your shipping policy?

Digital downloads — after checkout, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. Physical products — orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping rates apply. After your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

What is your return policy?

Due to the digital nature of most products, all sales are final. I do not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations on custom made to order products.
For physical products, I accept returns within 14 days only if the item arrives damaged — just send a photo and I'll arrange a replacement.

Can I use designs from your shop for commercial purposes?

Shop artworks and designs are licensed for personal use only. If you need a commercial license, please reach out before purchasing and I'll provide a custom quote.
